They are not great. They do not offer on air talent clothing allowances. However some stations are pretty good. WYFF is one of their better stations in the company even if they are in the a mid-size market. They are number one in the market (except for their noon show). But that comes at a price... they pay less than their competitors. |

or at least they did when I worked there. don't expect anything special; like most groups, if its good for one station, its good for all of 'em. Sad not to recognize the individual needs of each station, but, so what's new?
