You nailed it.
Now get over, get out and move on.
This business is not about journalism. It's about young and cheap. 97% of the 20 somethings you complain about will be spent, done, used up in 5 years and out of the business as well.
The rest will make it big or at least settle for whereever they end up.
If you're not where you want to be in this business by 29-30, best give up and move on.
So...stick a fork in it. Go back to school. Teach, Go into PR. You're done. |
