The morning crew is damn good at 3. No reason for them not being number 1.
I hate this with Ch.3 in the morning
6:52:
"Let's go live to (boring stale half dead) Jon Camp..." "Yeah umm yeah there is another dead person shot last night in Hartford...coming up in our next half hour we will tell you what it was the hit him causing him to die...*10 second pause* Jon Camp Ch. 3 EWN"
Then its 7:02:
"Now let??s go live to Jon...." "Yeah hi Dawn and Steve...umm last night a man was shot making this Hartford??s 8th shooting victim, he was hit with a bullet and rushed to HH where he was pronounced dead, coming up in our next half hour we will tell you what time he died, for now Jon...."
I would rather watch Scot??s same forecast and Rachel??s, well Rachel every 10 minutes than a repetitive report from Jon Camp every ten minutes.

3 could get even bigger numbers in the am's if they used Scot more. They should make it like Today and have Scot and Rachel host the show and not do the same stale news have one of the anchors do a 1 minute news update at the top of the hour and then have Scot entertain and do weather and traffic and have the other anchor out in the field reporting. WFSB is wasting Scot's talent.
