Young lady, no one wished for your death. The 'running with scissors' did not include anything that called for reading between the lines.
The purpose of the post was simply to remind you not to be so foolish in concluding Newsweek's purpose was to paint the Bushies into the corner.
It was, as one person said, a classic case of getting burned by a source. It, very sadly, happens.
Now, just forget anything I said about scissors or anything sharp. Also, clear one thing up for me.
Is "Thang" a Vietnamese name or is it a misprint for "Thong"? |

and will come out that way eventually. Newsweek wasn't the first publication to print the allegations. All that happened was their source retracted. There have been allegations of this going on for two years. If our troops are capable of doing what they did at Abu Ghraib, flushing copies of the Koran down the toilet is easily believable.
