Starting reporters can expect to make into the 80's with overtime, but obviously everything is negotiable. It's frustrating on this side to still see a ratings slide when the core group of producers/talent is working so hard to churn out a good product. We are truly victims of "higher ups" who refuse to promote anything but weather and will not look at past mistakes to carve out a more successful future.
If you can look past the crappy numbers, it's a terrific place to work and certainly an even better place to find friends. |

That this post crops up every month or so. Not much has changed here in charm city since the April "Baltimore" query and little has changed since the March posting about what's up in Baltimore. I thing somebody out there just wants to continue to stir up the pot of stone soup.
