Could it be that because this is her first time as an ND it has become more than she can handle? Maybe as one poster said she is overwelmed and so has depended on people to help her get a handle on things there but sadly may has chosen the wrong people. A new job with all that responsibility can be a lot to handle for the first time. Maybe she just needs some time to iron out the kinks and see things clearly. A new ND will always have the sharks palying "friendly" at their door to score points, but I agrre with those who say if you are so unhappy there leave. There are plenty out of there who will be happpy to take your place.
