to bring back Ted. Those bright shining days are over. Even if it can find its way out of the wilderness, CNN will never be what it was. The various generations of brass there have compromised themselves and their organization far too much for that. Perhaps it's better to set goals that are reasonable--perhaps one hit show. You can re-design sets andmake cosmetic changes all you want, but none of that will plug a hollow soul.
