My photographers will not put a light on me in live shots! If you look at my shots, and compare them to other reporters...there is a HUGE difference...instead of a flattering medium shot ...all I get is a WIDE SHOT with shadows all over my face.
What should I do?
I am an attractive reporter that does a solid job everyday--- but I can't feel good about it, because my live shots LOOK LIKE SHIT.
Would you go to management??? Do they care??? |

get another photog. But whatever you do, be nice. Photogs have tende regos. If you rub them the wrong way they'll make you look like crap. I remember one photog hated me until I was REALLY, REALLY NICE then all my shots look WONDERFUL. BE VERY VERY NICE!
