Come on can we please get some new blood flowing? News is so incestuous these days. Come on really. This is why we have an industry that's hiring college kids to headline in top 20 markets. The industry won't hire new middle age or younger talent. Those folks all retire together and you have no one to fill their shoes. What ever happened to grooming so that you don't have to hire someone green?
