A week of prime time specials and pre-emptions just to glorify the tabloid / police blotter crap that substitutes for news on cable now?
Is CNN seriously trying to become a laughing stock, AND score across-the-board hashmarks at the same time?

Yes...I think they are. They are running around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to get a grip on what they should be doing to get back in the game. In the meantime, they are making mistakes in programming (see thread title) and in talent management (Woodruff).
Not sure what's going on there anyway...
