I assume from those numbers that WSMV has Oprah as the early fringe lead-in? How does she perform in that market? And is it a close race between Ch 3 & 5? Also, which station is perceived in the industry as producing the highest quality newscasts (NOT necessarily ratings...)?

You are correct---WSMV has Oprah as their 5pm lead in----It depends what you are looking for in quality---in my opinion---Ch5 is boring and stale---never watch em------Ch4 watch em all the time--BUT they are into car chases and shooting like crazy---Ch2 don't really pay attention to---Hey why hasn't anyone named Fox?
