EVERYONE IN TV NEWS THINKS EVERYONE *ELSE* IN TV NEWS HAS "THE EASY JOB".
THE ONLY REALITY IS THAT THEY *ARE ALL HARD*
A REPORTER WHO THINKS AN ASSIGNMENT EDITOR"S JOB IS EASY/SECRETARIAL WORK HAS LIVED A SHELTERED LIFE. AN ASSIGNMENT EDITOR WHO THINKS THEY HAVE IT HARDER THAN EVERYONE ELSE, HASNT BEEN AROUND MUCH!
Quit yer bitchin and "mine is worse than yours" one-upsmanship.
A reporter who can run the desk? A DREAM! An assignment editor who can report? GREAT!
