So when you say "The station reacts to breaking news" you mean that god damn "Breaking News 3" graphic that fly??s in every few minutes? Ohhhh! Funny how I was watching one 5pm newscast and they had "Breaking News" and they said, "just a few hours ago, around 3 o'clock a plane took a emergency crash landing right here on the fairway of this golf course..." Hmm...then when they showed the fairway you couldn??t see one scratch and another thing was they were on the "Eyewitness News line" if it happened at 3 and you were doing a report at 5 you think the truck would be set up and linked to the station by then?! Oh I guess not. Funny how 8 was up in the air and on the ground and their station is farther away than 3's. Don't get me wrong people, I like WFSB, but not like before. How is WFSB so much better since Lyn has been here? Funny how WFSB only does "creative" shi+ when its sweeps time. Like these great ??Meet The Morning Team?? at the mall, and all the promos for the newscasts that mean the most "Eyewitness News Is Everywhere, every night at 11" (yeah only during sweeps are they that!) My hat is off to 8, who is finally doing way better. |

Im not taking sides on whether to like Lyn or not..but here are some reasons 3 is better since lyn took over.
1) better set
2) better graphics
3) better website
4) better anchors
5) better reporters
6) more aggressive/energetic reporters
7) covers more breaking news..is more places than every before. Is on top of things
8) is relevant and watchable.
The old channel 3 was a stale, boring has been. She brought it from #3 to #1. Thats how its better. plain and simple.
The station is now more watchable than the previous. And more aggressive.
