the whole staff is demoralized. ND turned into a screamer. Even goes after managers in front of other staff just to look good or make a point. The have skeleton staff for them. Lots of openings. EP is producing the 5pm. It's really sad. The numbers are a relfection of people just giving up. They don't care. |

Don't listen to these posts. WFSB is in better shape now than it was when Lyn Tolan took over. The station reacts to breaking news and the morning news has experience tremendous growth. People who are writing here just don't want to work hard and don't understand Eyewitness News and what it takes to be a winner. Corporate understands this and won't fire her. If you don't like it there, go to a station that doesn't cover breaking news. What's sad is someone writing that people don't care. They should work at another station then.
