You know this thread is really depressing.
People getting hired that are not talented is disgusting.
While others who work so hard to move on are getting overlooked.

Cheaper and Younger. Get used to it. Experience and talent doesn't matter in many markets. If you can someone speak the English language, look presentable and work for cheap... you're set!
