...WOAI had some really solid stuff lined up with talking heads in-studio ready to go. One problem. No one and I mean no one watches their daypart. It's my opinion that KSAT seemed to be playing catchup for awhile. KENS was borderline miserable to watch. |

I'll agree. WOAI had their ducks in a row, ready to go with all kinds of live shots, in studio talking heads. The problem, no one knows because nobody saw them!
KSAT was playing catchup in the beginning, but once they got going, they tend to get all the audience and produce nice "breaking news" coverage with lots of live shots, slick graphics, and easy to watch anchors.
No comment about KENS.
When news time came around, KSAT had the best produced newscasts with all good info.
