The cops went overboard and they know it. It's absolutely amazing that none of the nine dashboard cameras in the pursuing cop cars were functioning, even though they're under court orders to record all stops because of past legal problems. They crossed the line and they know it. Reminds me of the attack on the WXYZ reporter a few months back. What happened there?
