Being on air is the most self centered job next to celebrity status. The TV industry made it that way with superficial demands and by laying off or relocating aging talent. Add to that how no one outside the biz really understands our way. Now, take a drama queen and try to marry her or him off. It doesn't happen quickly, and if it does, it often fails. It's a painful fact, but most reporters know their days are numbered so they aim high by dating rich groupies. Nothing spoken, but I see it everyday.
