I think Kontji's contract was up, and she's looking for something else. Nothing to read into her "departure".
Owen has a very bright future ahead of him. He's a straight shooter - and a voice that could tear down the walls of Jericho.
New ND is "interesting" from what I understand.

KA's contract was NOT up. I know for a fact her contract was up AFTER OC's. There must have been a rift somewhere. SOMETHING happened. I have to get the inside scoop.
