What is most important to you as far as quality of life is concerned? Is it warm weather, friends, etc.
Or is it a larger house for the family. You're not the first to have to make the decision, but the question is personal, and so will the answer. |

I was born and raised in California, and have worked in broadcasting in the same market for 30 years, worked at 3 radio stations and 2 TV stations. It's home. Anytime I changed jobs, I rarely even looked a jobs outside this market or surrounding markets.
I've just worked with too many transient people who never were happy, were always working paycheck to paycheck to pay off their moving expenses, or taxes because they never were anywhere long enough to buy a house.
I even worked with one woman who said she NEVER intended to stay in one job and one city more than a year!!!
How can you be happy that way?
