Message: in the right place, but the message is totally lost because you didn't include the most basic aspect of any effective commentary. Give EXAMPLES!!!!!! You talk in vague, general terms of the problems; we get that. But give specifics. Otherwise, you come off as a whiner with no substance. It fell way short.
