I think Stanley still has a no-compete clause in his contract, meaning he can't appear on the air in Charlotte after coming from WBTV. I'm not sure how long it lasts, so it may be expired.
Coonhunting - taking a job at FOX Charlotte can in no way be considered a career advancement. It's a training ground for interns and college grads, which can be a good opportunity if you're young. But if you already have experience it can quickly become a blemish on your resume. |

As stated before on this thread, both main anchors report nearly every day. Not every day, but close. They only have a few full time reporters on staff, so the anchors hit the streets most days.
Sheila Saints is the only on air anyone at CCB who's lived through the life of the station. She reports, and rarely anchors.
She must love it, because she could be managing an Arbys for more money. I would recommend avoiding CCB, but others here have ignored this advice in the past.
I'd almost bet Dave Stanley will be their next main anchor. He's doing their WOLO casts now, and his no-compete must be close to over by now. Hell, BTV should let that go, get his butt on the air and watch 18's numbers begin to plummet. JXY's #'s would go up if Dave got back on the air!
There's a good reason I call them "7-11"...
