But it has nothing to do with any boycott. Their newscast is uncomfortably unwatchable... they've put a rookie on the set at 5...there's obvious tension and disharmony.... the sharks are circling over at XYZ.

are circling at 'DIV. With Emery King out there's hope his co anchor will be next, leaving the door open for a new mixed gender black white team. Guy Gordon and Rhonda Walker want the gig. Then they want Devin and Carmen's spot. Lila Lazarus and Karen Drew want a shot too. But first 4 has to hire a black anchorman, or bring back Emery King. If they rehire King they'd probably reunite him with Ruth. Robbin Simmons is a place holder -- a temporary talent in a black male anchor slot. Different factors are in the swim of things. Rumors still float about Perkins and Turner. Meanwhile sharks are circling faster. Licking their chops. Wagging their tongues. Waiting to see who's next.
