I have a "friend" who's looking into a job in this market. What's the best shop, and is it a nice place to live? This "friend" is worried about the city's reputation as a haven for conservative, red-neck, country-music lovin' folk. Or is it more cosmopolitan than that? THANKS FOR THE INPUT! |

It's not quite the redneck haven you think. Pro sports have enhanced the city's reputation and the downtown is growing. Nashville ranks with Charlotte, Tampa, and Atlant for livability. Plus, no state income tax.
