If you are waiting until the rundown is done to tell the EP the story is not there, Then You would be the problem. |

many of the people who get hired these days as "reporters" DON'T have any story ideas, or any idea of how to find them.
this would force ND's to hire actual people with a clue.
I know, it'll never happen because "this is the way we've always done it."
