and I appreciate them very much. I'll let you guys know how it goes too. I watched KRHD- and you guys are on the money. They have something to build on there, but that's about it.
I've been married for more than 15 years now. We have 2 kids, a dog, and a house. Things couldn't be better on the homefront. But the voice-over business is touch & go (my part-time passion)- because only a few agencies trust you with a home studio to email their files. Driving to Houston & Dallas is ok sometimes, but with the kids- that's not always possible.
In short- it's a great situation to be in. The challenges are good challenges. The whole 'you should have thought about getting married' crap is just that- crap. |

There's a new communications specialist listing on A&M's website that might interest you. It's with the Health Science Center. It's not overly exciting, but it's a good place to work with great state benefits that always includes several days off at Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year's. Pay should be in the low- to mid-30s. Just go on www.tamu.edu. Click employment and search non-faculty positions.
