shop and the problem with ND is that instead of making up her own mind about people...she listens to the gossip.
It's a shame..the shop is finally renovating the exterior but the interior problems are the worse!
That morning show is AWFUL since Mike Jerrick left.
The anchors are loud, annoying and unprofessional insulting to viewers.
But everyone there brags that the show is hot and numbers are good that's because there is NO competition locally.

You are so right, and there are no "balls" in the newsroom.
It's all chatty/catty backstabbing "women"/girls running the newsroom who don't have a clue, many have never even worked in any other news station before, or if they have they couldn't handle it.
We really need some take no prisoners MEN managers to shake things up. Holly came in acting all tough, now all she cares about is making friends and not stepping on toes. Problem is she's losing the good ones and making "friends" with all the wrong people.
Oh and the morning show talent and content sucks, even more "good" decisions made by ND.
