It pretty much depends on who they want to keep happy. The union in Philly, or the "big boys" in New York. You do know that at the end of the day it's the big boys who decide who get hired where. You should think about that. |

The company will NOT care if the union strikes, period. It doesn't really care about keeping AFTRA happy. You have answered your own question. Therefore, think twice and thrice before going on strike for real because if you go, you'll go for a long time.
