The Stormy One is well within his rights to offer up the new vision of WUSA.
Broadcast House is not worried that WJLA, with many of their former team members, is leading the pack at 5PM. Nor are is there concern that the thousands spent on Hi-Def TV and wrinkle cream has been wasted. Nor is there a worry that WTTG and WJLA received more nominations for the Emmys.
'USA is on a path...a path they have prepared and selected. The guidance from above will assure the troops will arrive at the planned time.

they have one of the worst newscasts in the country.
and once again: a 1.7 rating in market #8.....for it's weekday 5pm and 6pm shows.
