Some say that Holly is just totally swamped and overwhelmed, especially now with the renovation project.
That said, we have lost at least 2 extremely experienced and talented people in the last 6 months.
It's said that at least one gave up and lost respect after supposedly practically begging management/Holly to properly discipline and combat 2 miserable newsroom bullies.
So, Instead of being tough and showing good management skills, and keeping a valued, mature, veteran news person happy ....she left
and Holly promoted the inexperienced bully. What a joke!

shop and the problem with ND is that instead of making up her own mind about people...she listens to the gossip.
It's a shame..the shop is finally renovating the exterior but the interior problems are the worse!
That morning show is AWFUL since Mike Jerrick left.
The anchors are loud, annoying and unprofessional insulting to viewers.
But everyone there brags that the show is hot and numbers are good that's because there is NO competition locally.
