I worked with him in Boston and he was a very competent and agressive manager. He was generally well liked by people who knew what they were doing and how to contribute the the news product. If you were just dead weight, then he was probably all of those things! |

Bill Pohovey was great in Boston and I hear he has done a terrific job giving new life to what had historically been a dull, traditional news operation. My ex works in the market and says that PLG cleaned out the deadwood during the past few years and now these people live to bitch about the business on The Watercooler.
