What was your last tv position? KBTX (CBS) is the only shop in town. I worked there nearly six years. B/CS has really grown over the years. I was just down there last fall and I couldn't believe the change. If you are looking only at TV for work then it could be tough. Plus, I don't think KBTX pays that well. If you don't mind driving Waco/Temple is an hour and a half away. So is Houston. |

That would have been as a bureau chief in Central U.S.- but it wasn't your typical bureau- I anchored, produced 2 newscasts with a co-anchor (it was the B-block insert for several cable systems) reported, photog'ed, etc.
I was an ND briefly in S'port, LA around 20 years ago.
Most recently left a state job- hated to leave it... but family comes first. Good to be in Texas.
