the newscast is stale and slow... and oh so predictable!
no wonder viewers are turning away! it's really never been produced well and whoever is picking the stories and placement needs help! (afterall, the anchor teams does well in the afternoons.. so it appears to me to be the show format/substance. kabc's failure is simply knbc's and kcbs' gain! |

KCBS at 11 retains 75% of its viewers from 10:45 and drops 2 share.
KNBC at 11 retains 81% of its viewers from 10:45 0 share change.
KABC at 11 retains 98% of its viewers from 10:45 and gains a share point.
If anyone is "imploding" it's the station that drops a quarter of its audience before the open rolls.
