I can tell you this, management doesn't think it's Diaz. That leaves her co-anchor as the only other option. That's the basket in which they are placing their eggs! |

She's the franchise. She has ratings success at KABC. She's good looking. She has a long history with the ND, GM and with Swanson. Magers was Reynolds' idea, and they have to live with him until he decides to leave.
