Anything can be "challenged." My guess is that you did not sign under duress, that you had time to read before you signed, and that you probably knew what you were signing. It is a little late for you to come back and say, "unfair."
Especially if you only say "unfair" when you are trying to get out of your obligation.
But if you are just raising a hypothetical, you might want to try to rectify it now, before you try to leave for a better offer.
But - are you really willing to give them 90 days' notice or 90 days' pay? |
