Good God, he's capable of "playing around" like he's pretending to have sex with a 14-year old. that's bad enough. What a jerk. I am surprised they are giving him all of this air time. He probably is getting attacked in prison and that's why all of a sudden he made a "mistake" confessing. Bleah. |

I was surprised to see him take a guilty plea. No matter what you think of what he did, he didn't actually do anything illegal. He showed up at a hotel with gifts. There was no boy to meet or try to have sex with, so where's the crime. I'm talking about this strictly in a legal sense. I think he is going to go after an entrapment defense and will probably convince a jury that he is not guilty. I'm not making judgements, so get on me...just looking at how the legal system will play out.
