...that folks on this post can only name three female news directors with children in the whole country.
How many of the male news directors have children? Many more, I'm sure. And to even things out a bit -- I bet a higher percentage of male news directors than females have kids, to boot.
Maybe what this business needs is more mommies in management. Then maybe some of us will get to have lives outside of work!
