That's less than $2,000/yr., and it's tax-deductible.
And that $7,000 represents about 1.1% of the entire four-year deal.
Sure, agents will stick with you to keep reaching into your pocket every month.
Been that route. With a few 'big name' agents. It stinks.
These days, agents really can't extract much out of stations, unless you're a top-shelf network type.

If we do the math on that, you make about 175k a year. Of course, then, $7000 doesn't seem like a lot to you.
But to those of us making under 40k, it's a WHOLE LOT of money!
Shop around to your favorite attorneys. Ask their hourly rate, and try to keep them to a set number of hours. Some might, all you can do is ask.
