Topic Name: Your Career in TV Message Name: More than a year Date Posted: 05/10/2005 Message: I've been working In a market ranked between 25 and 30 about two years out of school. I'm already producing and it seems people here really like my work habits. I treat everyone fairly and don't take offense. I think it takes a certain type of personality to make it in this biz and the willingness to take a lot of abuse-- but I find that by doing my job and doing it well that I'm not the one getting abused-- it's the ones who compalin about how their not appriciated but the fact is their just not doing a good job. I just hope it's worth all the weeends i've given up and the 12am mornings. Even if it's not we all learn from experience.
