GM is fine in some situations but certainly not when the 'parents' are in the room.
He's funny and witty at the Byron, and the kegger in Phoenix, and even for the Buick, but at the big events you eventually find Gary only after moving a few beer cans out of the way, trapped under the glass coffee table at 8am, gasping for air.

Any day over windbags like Johnny Miller and Lanny Wadkins. He is a tour player who knows what it's like to grind out a career as a journeyman...not be a pampered prima donna like those two who just criticize everyone. He is funny and insightful. David Feherty is another gem to watch. They make golf fun for people who don't necessarily know much about the game, and also for people who follow the game closely, like myself. McCord got booted from the Masters because of the whinings of ultra baby Tom Watson. The game needs more people like Gary McCord!
