David Bernard, white male, mid-30s from mornings WWL to evenings WFOR, job being vacated by Bob Soper. David is an excellent met and has gained serious recognition for calmly handling hurricane threats and other severe weather in New Orleans. Shannon High made a good choice. |

I'm vaguely familiar w/Bernard and he is good.
Just wish the opening were advertised (or was it?) and that more of us had a chance to throw our hats into the ring. Wonder how he knew about it.
