... who you are refering to. He is very funny in most of what he does (The recurring sketch where he plays Prince and Maya Rudolph is Beyonce is always amusing.)
I agree that Maya is above average.... but the rest of the comments in the thread on SNL are right on the mark. And Saturday's show was just plain dull.
BTW, that skit... where Armisen played the racist, deaf comedian during Weekend Update... was virtually identical to one from earlier this season, even down to the jokes themselves. It's like the writers just ran out of gas this season, or they're mailing it in, or both. |
