Anyone have any info on the weathercaster going to Miami from New Orleans? Male/female? Latino/a or other minority? Which station and position in MIA? Who got bumped out?

David Bernard, white male, mid-30s from mornings WWL to evenings WFOR, job being vacated by Bob Soper. David is an excellent met and has gained serious recognition for calmly handling hurricane threats and other severe weather in New Orleans. Shannon High made a good choice.
