Thanks Message: Fox 5 is probably your best bet-- they use freelancers-- sometimes WJLA does... WRC is "married" to their freelancers and don't normally take on new reporters. There's a caveat in the DC market where you can work both DC and Baltimore freelance. Rates are the same-- about $275/day Good luck-- hope that helps.
