They are a sweat shop. Upper management even treats lower management poorly. And the producers are overworked--it's no wonder 'they' have so many on-air errors. I remember a producer was let go several years ago because she had some sort of allergic reaction and wound up in the hospital. After she recovered, they had already replaced her. And editors are let go all the time, without warning or reason. |
