Reporters as anchors. New reporters but no new crews. Sports guy as main anchor. Subruban reporters as anchors.
Odd coverage decisions.
Relying on NY1 and WNYW/WPIX/WWOR for crucial tape.

The existing crews must be laughing to the bank with all the OT and missed meal penalties....

NBC is among the companies pushing hard for a contract allowing reporters to shoot their own video, on a "voluntary" basis. They're proposing it at the network level first - and the vote is on now. If the network level people don't vote it down, you KNOW we'll get it next.
