Message: Here's what really happened-- Norville is travelling and was doing the show from Sacramento but there was a satellite problem and she was out of sync. Diane was in the studio as a backup in case something like this happened. The sync problem was fixed before the second segment, and Deborah did the rest of the show. It was fixed completely for the second feed.
