You self righteous journalist do the same thing at your shops as well. And if you have not aired something that was not "news" regarding a friend or acquaintance then you don't have any "stroke" in your own newsroom. So therefore you are just complaining on this board because you have no "juice". |

Big deal! Brian Williams is a friend of the kid's father.
That doesn't, for a moment, diminish the value of the story which was told last night. Im certain that, in no way, Williams' friendship with the father, editorially tainted that story! How many times, in the career of a reporter, has the reporter been tipped or introduced to a good story by a friend?
No way did Williams cross any lines last night. Those who accuse him of doing so are petty, small thinkers.
