Topic Name: Need to be more diva-like Message Name: don't know how to do it Date Posted: 05/07/2005 Message: I know this sounds so weird, but I don't like my personality at work! I'm naturally soft-spoken and laid back. Not bc I'm shy or scared of people.. That's just how I am. People seem to be running over me. How can I be more forceful w/o making people not like me?
