I started in Waco and just left, and am thankful to start there. Its a good place to learn the ropes of a professional workplace and make mistakes without it being the end of the world. A lot of people are very helpful and others aren't (just like every market). There will be people that want to stay there forever, and others that are looking to move on (people you can use as contacts as you start to move up). In the end remember to take Waco for what it is, another place to learn and get better. Miss you guys in Waco, thanks for the memories!
